The service is provided to you by Inspira Holding Inc., an Arizona S Corp. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, “travel service”, “our service” or “the service” means the service provided by Inspira Holding for viewing and booking travel content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.
To use the travel service, you must have Internet access and an internet ready device. For booking discounted travel content, a registration is required during which you have to create a password and submit an email address. This email address must be verified by send an email with a verification code. Without verification of the e-mail address and, booking discounted travel content is not possible. Also, after registration, you have to provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which you may update from time to time (“Payment Method”). You can find specific details regarding your account by visiting this website and clicking on the “Profile” link available at the top right of all pages of this website, after clicking on your name. 2.1 Billing Cycle. The travel service charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as purchasing travel content, taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method.
2.2 Payment Methods. You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking on the “Profile” link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the account until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. When you update your Payment Method, you authorize us to continue charging the updated Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
2.3 You accept and understand that you are the only person responsible for the Data (as such term will be defined later on), by “Data” we are referring to any type of information (personal or not) that You enter into the Site, as well as any type of data that results from the use that You make of the Site. Additionally, You understand and accept that by using the Site you are the only person responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Data, as well as the confidentiality of any number or identification code (as a whole, referred to as “User ID´s”), confirmation numbers and/or passwords. Likewise, You commit to not distribute or reveal such information to a third party, therefore You are responsible for notifying the travel service the need to change or cancel any of the User ID´s, confirmation numbers, codes and/or passwords in case these have been or you believe they may have been an object of violation of confidentiality. You guarantee that you are legal age, with full legal capacity to make use of the website, as well as capable to assume the responsibilities in which you may incur as a result from such use. You understand and agree that you are financially responsible, in such case, for all the activity and/or use that takes place on this website, either from your part or from those that may use your User ID, confirmation number, code and/or passwords to access the website. Likewise, you guarantee that all the Data provided by you or by those who may use your User ID is real, exact, updated and complete. In the event that you provide false, inexact, out of date or incomplete information and/or Data, the Intermediary reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate in advance the activity and the access to the account, as well as deny any type of access to it in the present or future.
2.4 All travel components showed through the website must be paid by using an authorized payment method, other forms of payment are not accepted. All prices, redemption costs and / or additional charges are established in the currencies applied throughout the website, which you as an end consumer will need to select.
After cancel, your account will be closed. All bookings made on this website shall be respected regardless of account closure.
You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to have access to this travel service.
Usually, accommodation check-in times begin after 14:00 hours (2:00pm local time), and the latest check-out time on date of departure is 12:00 hours (12:00pm local time) but may vary depending on accommodations.
Must have two forms of identification at time of check-in. A valid photo id or passport and a major credit card for security deposit. Security deposit policy of hotels may vary.
Although bed types may be specified at the time of reservation, the travel service cannot guarantee that accommodation with the indicated bed type will be available at check-in. The travel service will make every effort to confirm this, however, available bed types are at the discretion of the property.
Sometimes, it is possible that the accommodation may not be available upon arrival. However, rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals depending on availability and accommodations.
The accommodating property shall provide guests with complete access and use of the relevant services, amenities and recreational facilities except any services, amenities and facilities that require additional charges or fees.
The accommodating property reserves the right to refuse check-in to any party arriving with more than the maximum number of guests allowed for the specific reserved accommodation types.
In the event travel service is informed by the accommondation provider that your selected travel dates are unavailable, the travel service reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid to the travel service excluding additional fees incurred for previous booking modifications.
The Traveler must make any claims for the loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings directly with the applicable resort or accommondation property.
Travelers must make special requests at the time the booking is placed regarding additional requirements for children such as a crib or child-care. Availability of specially requested items is subject to availability and at the discretion of the accommodating property.
Guarantee Policy: Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don’t check-in to the accommodating on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the accommodating in advance the remaining portion of your booking might be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Check-in Policy: The booking holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the accommodating to the customer at checkout. These charges may be mandatory (e.g., resort or hotel fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or mini-bar charges) and are not included in the room rate.
All Travelers, including children must have current and valid personal and family documentation, such as passports, visas or national identifying documents, as required for the applicable destination of your trip.
Accommodating properties may charge Mandatory fees. These fees are outlined in the booking confirmation. Mandatory fees are not optional and typically cover items such as resort fees, energy charges or safe fees. These fees are paid directly to the accommodating provider. The amount of the charge is subject to change.
All purchased services are specified in the booking confirmation, with the exception of those accommodation providers for which the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price may not include extra accommodations charges or fees, service fees, handling fees, destinations surcharges, duties and taxes or incidentals, such as, but not limited to, telephone calls, insurance, laundry service, minibar, parking, etc. which is the responsibility of the Traveler shall be paid directly by the Traveler to the accommodations or service provider. Some countries have a local tax known as “stay tax” or “tourist tax” (eco-tax) which must be paid directly at the establishment and/or the country airport by the Traveler. The Russian tourist tax must be paid directly by the Traveler at the first accommodating the Traveler stays at in the country.
By proceeding with a booking, you agree to all terms and conditions of the travel service, and booking specific Cancellation Policy and all terms and conditions listed as part of the booking.
Bookings made through the travel service are subject to Terms specified in the booking confirmation. Terms of the bookings can be reviewed on the booking confirmation or on this website.
Cancellations or changes to the bookings made on this website are subject to terms of the booking. Additional fees may apply to any changes or cancellations.
No Refunds will be given for No Shows, Unused Nights, or Early Checkouts.
